Federal politicians have arrived back in Canberra today ahead of Treasurer Wayne Swan's sixth budget tomorrow.
Mr Swan has accepted he'll wear the political pain of not delivering his promised surplus this year and of other unpopular cuts, but he's seeking to highlight big spending plans for schools and disability care.
