Reconsideration

Parts of the bill may be reconsidered while it is still being considered in detail, with the leave of the House or Main Committee. A clause has been reconsidered, by leave, immediately after it has been agreed to, 1 shortly after the clause has been agreed to 2 and after the title has been agreed to. 3 A clause, previously amended, has been reconsidered, by leave, and further amended, 4 and a new clause previously inserted has been reconsidered, by leave. 5 Two clauses have been reconsidered together, by leave. 6
