Senator KEMP --I want to raise with Mr Dillon, I suspect, the issue regarding a Mr John Bell. I understand that this is a case that has been outstanding for some time. Could you give me the current status of that particular case?
Mr Dillon --I am aware of a case involving Mr John Bell. It is a case that primarily relates to ATSIC. I think your question should be directed to the officers from ATSIC.
