    10   MINERALS RESOURCE RENT TAX

Mr Fitzgibbon, pursuant to notice, moved—That this House acknowledges the importance of the Minerals Resource Rent Tax for the funding of important physical infrastructure in capacity constrained mining regions.

Debate ensued.
