Mr ACTING SPEAKER —I have received a letter from the honourable member for Dobell proposing that a definite matter of public importance be submitted to the House for discussion, namely:

The consequences for the Australian people who will not receive the full benefit of the tax rebate for private health insurance in their pockets despite the assurance of the Minister for Health on Budget night that they would do so.

I call upon those members who approve of the proposed discussion to rise in their places.
