Mr RANDALL —Mr Acting Speaker, when the member for Hotham was removed from the chamber earlier today, did I observe him speaking tersely to you as he left? If he did, did you hear it and, if you heard it, what do you intend to do about it?


Mr ACTING SPEAKER —I thank the honourable member for Swan for his question. I am aware that the member for Hotham said one or two things as he left. I took no offence at what he said. It is at my discretion to take offence or not.
