Mr BALDWIN (Paterson) (15:35): Mr Speaker, I wish to make a personal explanation.

The SPEAKER: Does the honourable member claim to have been misrepresented?

Mr BALDWIN: Absolutely.

The SPEAKER: Please proceed.

Mr BALDWIN: During question time today, the Minister for Health and Ageing said that I had supported the Raymond Terrace GP superclinic. The fact is that, during the election, when the announcement was made I opposed it in the media. The fact is that, since the election, I have opposed it. And the fact is that this government is not building a GP superclinic in Raymond Terrace; it is providing funding for the New South Wales government—
